These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Connections Platform, including our websites, digital community, events, and all services offered through free or paid courses. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws of British Columbia, Canada.
1. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform or participate in paid activities.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
2. Community Guidelines
By posting on the Platform, you agree to:
Be respectful to all users.
Avoid hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory conduct.
Not distribute unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content.
Not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend users for violations, without prior notice.
3. Courses, Payments & Refunds
Course License: Upon purchase, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to view the content for your own non-commercial use.
Prohibited Use: You may not duplicate, resell, redistribute, or publicly share course materials.
Refunds: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. To request a refund, contact [email protected]. Refunds are not available after 30 days.
4. Event Participation
Attendees must follow event guidelines and local laws. We reserve the right to refuse or remove any participant for misconduct or disruptive behavior during in-person events.
5. Intellectual Property
All Platform content—including logos, branding, text, videos, designs, and materials—is our exclusive property or that of our licensors. You may not use our content without written permission.
6. Disclaimers
No Guarantee of Results: We provide education and tools, but make no promises of financial or business outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability
